ThePromptLab collects account details you provide during sign in, including your name, email address, and profile image from supported OAuth providers. We also store the prompts, prompt versions, scores, and workspace activity needed to provide the service.
We use your information to authenticate your account, save prompt history, calculate prompt scores, improve workspace reliability, and provide usage analytics related to your account.
ThePromptLab records product usage events, prompt save actions, and error logs to support debugging, performance monitoring, and service improvement. We avoid intentionally logging secrets, passwords, raw auth headers, or similar sensitive credentials.
Saved prompts and versions remain associated with your account until you delete them or request account removal. Anonymous workspace drafts are stored only in local session storage and are cleared on logout, browser session expiry, or timeout rules defined by the product.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers required to run the product, such as authentication, hosting, and database infrastructure partners.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid storing secrets or regulated data inside prompts.
You can update your profile details, sign out at any time, and choose whether to save prompts to your account. You may contact us to request deletion of account-linked data where applicable.
